I got the smallest size of this because I was skeptical. But it really gives me a boost of energy and somehow also curbs my appetite a little bit?! If I skip breakfast (which lets be real I do several times a week) I just toss in a syringe full in my sparkling water and I can make it through the whole morning without snacking or feeling crazy hungry!
