    Chill and Sleep Peacefully

    I love this powder mixed into decade coffee for a chill out bedtime cozy drink. It relaxes my mind and body and soon after getting into bed I’m deep asleep. Taste is a little minty, little herbal and a lot cozy!

    Give me patience when i need it most

    Part of my Morning Brew

    I have been using this recipe for almost two years now. It really helps to regulate some of the symptoms of perimenopause (hot flashes, mood swings). I recently started adding a half-teaspoon to my morning brew and love the way it eases me into the day.
