    Great product for insomnia.

    I love this product! It helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. I don’t wake with the ‘hangover’ that other products leave me with. I highly recommend it if you struggle with insomnia.

    The best!

    This is a game changer for anyone who struggles falling asleep especially if you suffer from restless leg syndrome. I don’t take it every night, but when I feel that obnoxious leg feeling I froth this into some tea and within a half hour the leg cramping is gone and I’m sleepy! I also notice I sleep very soundly and much less restless when I do take it!

    I feel the difference

    I have this I nightly. To ensure it was working, I stopped for a few days and my sleep went back to bring disruptive. Now, I will return to having my nightcap for a restful night.
