    I feel the difference

    I have this I nightly. To ensure it was working, I stopped for a few days and my sleep went back to bring disruptive. Now, I will return to having my nightcap for a restful night.

    So far so good!!

    I’ve been using this for 5 nights now and it definitely has helped me stay asleep at night and as a HUGE bonus it’s helped reduce my RLS! I’m hoping this continues as I’ll be hooked for life
