Thank you so much for changing my life for the better! I have had trouble sleeping my entire life and found this and figured it didn’t hurt to try. Let me just say, it’s a literal God send. I used to toss and turn for up to 2 hours before finally falling asleep and now I’m out in less than 30 minutes! I cannot believe it!
