I very much enjoyed the "Minis Set." It was the perfect sampling set for an introduction to this product. The size was just the right amount and the instruction cards were a lovely addition, as well as very helpful. I highly recommend this product. It helps you to relax without feeling impaired. I also find that I've been getting a much better quality of sleep and able to wake up with more energy. The overall benefits of the natural ingredients go well beyond simple relaxation. Do a little bit of research and you'll understand how beneficial this company's products can be for your overall health. I highly recommend!
