I got this for both myself and my husband. It's been great, I was so surprised with the taste, no punch ya in the gut like other tinctures. More than the taste though is how it helps my husband with his anxiousness, I can definitely tell when he forgets it in the morning.

I had been an evening wine drinker for years, and this product has helped me cut back tremendously, without sacrificing the “benefits” my sleep had from drinking before bed. These drops, whether in a drink—tart cherry juice is my choice— or alone, calm me down enough to feel ready for bed by my bedtime. If you are worried about the taste, don’t be!! Nice fruity flavor, nothing weird. These will be in my evening routine til I’m a little old lady.

Thank you so much for changing my life for the better! I have had trouble sleeping my entire life and found this and figured it didn’t hurt to try. Let me just say, it’s a literal God send.
