I had already decided to order this when I had my very first (& hopefully last) public perimenopausal mood display. I was cognizant of the various symptoms I had been experiencing for a while: increased brain fog, worsening insomnia, etc, but on that morning, I woke up with a huge perimenopausal chip on my shoulder that even my friends noticed. My son told me he could tell when I work up that I was "different," and just did his best to stay out of my way 😄
I've now been adding this to my morning coffee for a few weeks, and can honestly say that I noticed an immediate and definite effect. My mood has been much more stable, with my normal happy affect back in place.
While I hope this life transition is short, I believe it will be much smoother with this in my daily coffee routine!

I didn't know if anything I ordered would work but so far, I'm impressed. My monthly mood swing didn't even happen.
