A must have!
Every Phase has truly made a noticeable difference for me and those around me. I'm almost 46, still have a regular cycle and going thru peri menopause. Mood swings, horribly itchy ears, extremely heavy cycle with cramps, and more. Within the 1st few weeks I knew I had a winner..lighter period, balanced mood(no one could tell my cycle was on) and my itchy ears are NO MORE! I left a bottle out of town and had to wait for a delivery, it's absence was immediately felt with bad cramps the following cycle. I won't be without again!

Minding my MIND!
I have only taken Mindcraft for a few weeks and I notice my mind is not nearly as jumbled. I am a teacher and I am preparing for my incoming students. I had a lot to do and I did not find myself getting overwhelmed and forgetting things. I look forward to even better results as I continue to take it. My new "go-to" for mental clarity!

I like!
I like this product enough and am curious enough to see if it helps my acne/mood/cramps over time to continue using it! I used to use the powder and this tincture is much better in my opinion to that.
