This is my second order of these jewels! If you need something in the afternoon to keep you out of the Oreos, this should be your go-to! I usually use them first thing in the morning, after lunch , and then around dinner. They keep you from having to lie when you say you avoided the cookies today. It took me a couple of weeks to feel the burn, but now I won’t be without the duo! Great product!
