Mind Over Matter®

I can't say enough about Mind Over Matter. It gets me ready for me day! I love it! I have every single one of Apothekarys products and I never go without. The money people spend on junk for their body or their closets, but want to me healthier, happier, spend the money on Apothékary products. You won't be disappointed. Every single one of Apothekarys products works. You may not like the taste, but we need to stop with the "has to look pretty, has to taste pretty", that's what got us into this mess in the 1st place meaning, the food industry creating products that have chemicals in them, bad ingredients, etc. If you want something that looks & tastes pretty, keep buying your junk with red dye in it that comes from crushed bugs. You want to become healthier, it may not look or taste pretty, but it's better for you, period. I personally, think every Apothekary product tastes fantastic for its purpose, to get me healthier. Along with carnivore diet, which is what I choose, a light workout, I'm off my SSRIs that I've been on for 15/20 years. It starts with your gut, not your brain. You give your gut what it needs, not feed it junk food, sugar, etc., you will be healthier mentally.
