When I first ordered this, I had low expectations. While I believe in the benefits of mushrooms and antioxidants, I wasn't completely sold on the idea of a dropper full of extracts would make a difference. I'm happy to report that I was wrong. From the first dropper, I could feel the change in my concentration and alertness. It isn't like caffeine, which pretty much makes me jittery. It's more subtle, but definitely noticeable change. I'm glad I found it, and will keep ordering it as long as it's available.
