My daughter told me that this is actually gives you full energy all day. I am very loyal to coffee and decide to give it a try swap with green tea matcha with slay all day every morning. I am so shock because I actually feel so energy all day without any coffee or tired. Im over 45 age and mom of 4. I am gonna stick with this morning routine and I will test it when I get back to my 3rd shift job this fall.
