    My Daily Stress Reliever

    I cannot begin to explain how much I love this tincture. I started using it to reduce my daily wine habit post-covid. I no longer drink any alcohol, but this tincture has become a daily staple in my wellness routine. It really does take the edge off of stress, tension, and headaches. I take one dropper in a glass of Pellegrino daily, and I sometimes take a dropper under the tongue in the morning to prep on high stress days. Worth its weight in gold!
