I was very skeptical. I kept telling myself to be careful, to be objective, because I didn't want to trick myself into thinking this was working if it wasn't. But it was. I took one dropper a day for a week and ordered more because I knew it was helping. It's not like there's any intense feeling of relaxation or anything, but I'm definitely more calm.
