    Dry January…or just fasting alcohol for whatever the reason…

    Works well and weight loss changes!!

    Im so happy i tried this! I used this when I purchased my FSAin Jan but was never consistent. I purchased a set of the small bottle, loved it , then also bought the blue bottle. I’ve noticed my weight is down without a crazy diet change and excesize but i’m finally building my way up to it . My super cravings are down , blood

    Sugar spikes are less and less , I’m not so moody and my metabolism is much better. Purchasing it again forsure !
