    Works Great!

    I add these to my tart cherry juice at night and no matter what stress I’m experiencing I will relax and sleep wonderfully! It works great!

    Helps curb my stress

    I keep the “ take the edge off” in my desk drawer. When I start to feel overwhelmed at work, it really helps me get through the next few moments.

    I’ve been having a “ wine down” nightly with club soda, sparkling water, or plain water with some grape flavor, enhancer, which is probably more than I would normally have cocktails. I’d like to only use what I’m feeling the need for a drink. The flavor is good on all of these. I tried to avoid adding a lot of sugar to my drinks, so I have not tried any of the mocktail recipes.
