I had been an evening wine drinker for years, and this product has helped me cut back tremendously, without sacrificing the “benefits” my sleep had from drinking before bed. These drops, whether in a drink—tart cherry juice is my choice— or alone, calm me down enough to feel ready for bed by my bedtime. If you are worried about the taste, don’t be!! Nice fruity flavor, nothing weird. These will be in my evening routine til I’m a little old lady.

I have successfully stopped drinking wine everyday with the stess duo. Two droppers in a wine glass of tart cherry juice does the trick

I’ve enjoyed adding these to some sparkling water in a wine glass at the end of the day or for a mid day calming moment. I have found that my sleep is deeper and less interrupted when I have had these drops.
