I’ve been taking this mixed with seltzer water and cherry juice before bed and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep. It’s a nice relaxing ritual for me to have in the evening!

I've never been a big drinker, but I have noticed my wine intake increasing over the last several years from a few glasses every few months to a few glasses a month, and sometimes a few glasses a week.
