I started to take this one a week ago, I wanted to ease in all 4 products that I bought so I staggered the initial intake, I don't love the taste but I have regular bowel movement with increased volume, I am feeling great. I am looking forward to utilizing it for months to notice more improvements, I know herbal tinctures take a little to make full blown effects because of accumulation.
